We've added a new feature! Now you can download your message events in CSV format. Event data includes:
- message_id
- recipient
- log_level
- event_type
- device_type
- client_os
- country
- region
- city
- timestamp
- click url
To access the download option go to the Messages page and click on the report icon to the right of the message.
The Download CSV option is located on the message reports page in the top left hand corner. Click on the Download CSV button to begin the download.
Great, with access to your message event data you can download the file and work with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and glean more information from your data.
